- Fill out your free initial assessment form below and we will assess whether we can help you. (Family and friends, if you are interested in helping out or teaming up, it will need to be the actual homeowner that fills in the form.)
- We provide you with a home buying plan for you and those parties helping you out. If you have formed a team we will show our each team member can buy a home.
- Our technology will work everything out so that everyone is happy and understands exactly how their end of the deal works.
- You go out and search for the perfect home and BUY it! Not in another 10 years when you have been able to finish saving the deposit – but now!
- We stick by you through the whole process. You will probably even invite us to your family Christmas dinner you will love us that much!
- In around three to five years we help you to exit other parties and move to full ownership – just you and the bank as if you had bought the home on your own all along. Those people who assisted you get all of their contribution back and they get a sense of social satisfaction they have been able to safely help you get started in your very own home.
